Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Powder Coating Supervisor to oversee and manage the powder coating operations in our facility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in powder coating processes, a strong understanding of quality standards, and leadership skills to ensure smooth production workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily powder coating operations to ensure efficiency and quality.

Monitor and maintain proper coating thickness, adhesion, and finish quality.

Ensure all coatings are applied per specifications and industry standards.

Manage and train team members in proper powder coating techniques and safety protocols.

Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer requirements.

Maintain powder coating equipment, ensuring proper cleaning and maintenance.

Work with production and quality control teams to improve processes and resolve issues.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.

Monitor inventory levels of powders, chemicals, and other materials to ensure adequate supply.
