We are a leading manufacturer of bike springs and related components, committed to delivering high-quality products with excellent finishing standards. To support our growing production, we are looking for skilled Powder Coating Operators to join our team at Halol GIDC.

Position Overview:

The Powder Coating Operator will be responsible for preparing, coating, and finishing bike springs and metal components using the powder coating process. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience operating powder coating equipment and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate powder coating equipment automatic for coating bike springs and metal components.

* Prepare and clean parts before coating; mask and hang components properly.

* Mix and apply powder coating material as per required specifications.

* Ensure proper coating thickness, adhesion, coverage, and finish quality.

* Monitor curing oven temperature and time.

* Inspect coated parts for defects such as uneven coating, pinholes, or chipping.

* Maintain a clean work area and follow safety protocols.

* Perform daily maintenance and cleaning of coating equipment.

* Support production team to achieve daily output and quality targets.

Required Skills & Experience:

* Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Powder Coating Operator (preferably in automotive or metal component manufacturing).

* Knowledge of powder coating process, surface preparation, and curing.

* Familiarity with coating thickness and finish quality checks.

* Ability to identify and correct coating defects.

* Understanding of safety procedures in coating operations.

* Team player with a focus on quality and productivity.

Education*:

* ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Painting / Coating or equivalent.

* Technical training in powder coating (preferred).

Compensation & Benefits:

• * Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
