Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Powder Coating position, located in Faridabad. The Powder Coating specialist will be responsible for applying powder coatings to various metal products, ensuring high-quality finishes, and maintaining equipment. Daily tasks will include preparing surfaces for coating, selecting appropriate powder coatings, operating coating equipment, and performing quality checks. The specialist will also ensure adherence to safety standards and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications

Experience in powder coating techniques and surface preparation
Knowledge of coating equipment operation and maintenance
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Understanding of safety procedures and protocols in a manufacturing environment
Ability to work in a physically demanding role that may involve lifting and operating machinery
Prior experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications considered an asset
