Postdoctoral Fellow in Nuclear Law

As a Postdoctoral Fellow at UNSW Law & Justice in Australia, you will be working at the Nuclear Innovation Centre and the Faculty of Law & Justice to conduct research and build capacity on nuclear law. Your responsibilities will involve undertaking world-class research, developing cross-disciplinary curriculum, and contributing to thought leadership in the field of nuclear energy ethics. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct high-quality academic research on nuclear law and related areas with limited supervision - Collaborate across disciplines and build effective relationships - Produce research outputs, publications, and conference presentations - Maintain a sound governance framework for research activities - Coordinate day-to-day aspects of research projects and meet deadlines - Demonstrate interpersonal skills and effective communication with stakeholders - Uphold UNSW's aims, objectives, values, and relevant policies - Manage projects efficiently and demonstrate strong organizational skills Qualifications Required: - PhD in areas such as nuclear law, international institutional law, law of the sea, general international law, or a related field - Track record of or potential for cross-disciplinary collaboration - Ability to work in a team and communicate with diverse stakeholders - Understanding of health & safety responsibilities and commitment to relevant training - Organizational and time management skills - Familiarity with UNSW benefits and culture Please note that the University reserves the right not to proceed with any appointment.,
