To maintain our high standards, we are seeking a Post Production Supervisor / Team Leader to guide our editing and design teams toward excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the post-production team (photo retouchers, video editors, album designers, and color correction specialists).
• Allocate, plan, and monitor daily tasks ensuring projects are delivered on schedule.
• Maintain consistent creative and technical quality in photo editing, video editing, and album design.
• Review and approve final outputs before client delivery.
• Work closely with production and sales teams to meet client expectations.
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members for professional growth.
• Troubleshoot editing, file management, and technical workflow issues.
• Ensure proper archiving, backup, and documentation of files.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Photography, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in post-production (photo & video).
• Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Album Design tools.
• Strong sense of aesthetics, detail, and creativity.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Qualities

• Previous experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor in a photography/videography company.
• Awareness of the latest editing trends and techniques.
• Flexibility to work extended hours when required.

Compensation

• Salary: Based on experience and skill set (competitive as per industry standards).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
