Position Overview:

The Post Production Supervisor will oversee the entire post-production workflow including photo editing, video editing, album design, retouching, and final delivery. The candidate will ensure timely output with consistent quality standards while coordinating with photographers, editors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the post-production team (photo editors, video editors, designers, retouchers).
• Plan, assign, and monitor daily production tasks to meet delivery timelines.
• Review and ensure the quality and consistency of edited photos, videos, and album layouts.
• Coordinate with the production and sales teams for project updates and client requirements.
• Maintain workflow efficiency through project tracking and follow-ups.
• Train, guide, and motivate team members for performance improvement.
• Manage file storage, data backup, and version control systems.
• Troubleshoot technical and creative challenges during post-production.
• Ensure delivery schedules are met without compromising quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in post-production supervision within a photography or creative studio.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Experience in album designing software (e.g., Smart Albums, Fundy, or equivalent).
• Strong leadership, time management, and coordination skills.
• Eye for detail and creativity in visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
