NOTICE

Applications from the eligible candidates are invited for one position of Research Fellow provided in the scheme entitled, “All India Coordinated Research Project on Weed Management, ICAR-27, (PC-2035)” @ Rs. 25,000/- fixed p.m. on the prescribed proforma obtainable from the office Room no. 112 of this department against the payment of Rs.

200/-

in the shape of

bank draft in favour of Comptroller, PAU Ludhiana.

Essential Qualifications

:-

• B.Sc/ B.Sc.Medical/Non-Medical, B.Sc. (Hons) Chemistry with minimum OCPA of 6.00/10.00 basis or 60% marks.
• M.Sc. in Chemistry with minimum OCPA of 6.50/10.00 basis or 65% marks.
  

Note: I

The candidate who does not possess Master’s degree in the relevant subject(s) i.e. Chemistry but possess Ph.D degree in Chemistry, shall be eligible for the post.

Note: II

Work experience in relevant field and exposure to data analysis to HPLC

will be preferred.The fellowship is purely temporary and initially awarded for a period of six months which may be extended for a further period of six months at a time or till the termination of the scheme whichever is earlier.The last date for the receipt of applications duly complete in all respects in this office is

. The incomplete applications unsupported by the requisite documents will not be entertained. The candidates should appear before the selection committee for interview on

13.11.2025

at 11:00 a.m.

in the office of the undersigned. No separate letter for interview will be issued. The original copies of the testimonials should also be brought at the time of interview. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.The Research Fellow resigning the Fellowship shall have to give one month notice or one month salary in lieu of one month notice. However, this will not hold good in respect of other assignments in the PAU.
