About The Role Job Title – Post Merger Integration _ Specialist_ICF Management Level: 09 – Specialist Location: Bangalore Must have skills: Project Management Good to have skills: High level of proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word Experience: Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree Job Summary :We are part of Corporate Development (CD) - Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), responsible for identifying and executing inorganic opportunities to advance the Firm's strategic objectives. Our team works with Senior Management across all Operating Groups, Growth Platforms, and geographies. We offer Project Management Office (PMO) support for PMI leads in Growth Markets (GM), Europe (EU), and United States (US) regions. As trusted advisors, we drive seamless integration and synergies, enabling Accenture to grow and provide 360 value to our clients. We manage acquisition integrations, support Go to Market Joint Ventures, mobilize front and back-office teams, establish integration governance, and facilitate handover to operations. Roles & Responsibilities: Provide end-to-end support for the PMI lead on the integration. Lead a few workstreams with minimal oversight. Schedule integration status meetings, workshop schedules, Track risks, issues, and key decisions Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders to achieve the desired output. Ability to generate and present data in a meaningful manner and with visual appeal. Work with global leads to understand reporting and create relevant resources (dashboards / decks) Should be analytical, creative, and work on innovative ideas using latest technological advancements. Provide support on documentation of non-standard solutions, working with the PMI leads. Expert in all M&A PMI project tools (ADG Set up /SharePoint/ Shared Calendars/ Aviator) Work within a pyramid on opportunities, taking responsibility of aspects of the overall integration, local MU integration plans or other sub-streams as appropriate. Engage in initiatives for areas of passion and skills for broader impact. Assist Go to Market and PMI lead to help drive strategic objectives of acquisition where able. Support lookback and other executive reviews, assisting teams and ensuring quality outputs. Provide on-going and ad-hoc support for MU level activities like training for new joiners, recruitment support, on-boarding of new resources etc. Be part of a Global or MU lead Initiative Be a buddy to the new Analysts' and Senior Analysts Professional & Technical Skills: Excellent English communication (written and oral) and strong interpersonal skills Ability to work in shifts. Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment. Robust Project management abilities Good to very good experience on all MS office suits – Excel, PPT etc., Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills Strong work ethics and be organized, must be able to manage and perform under pressure (if need be) Additional Information: Must possess a bachelor's degree from a reputed institute. Valid Passport – Role has Travel requirements. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
