As an experienced and competent candidate, you will be responsible for driving 21st-century learner expectations and aspirations in their academic pursuit. Your role will involve: - Demonstrating proven academic track record and subject matter expertise with deep-dive domain capabilities. - Understanding industry and higher education requirements in applied skills and competencies necessary for learners to be life-ready and career-ready. - Showcasing academic mastery, administrative command, and professional development of yourself and your team. - Having knowledge of CUET/SQAAF/Curriculum Planning & development. - Managing workload and time efficiently without compromising teaching-learning quality and productivity. - Implementing NEP2020, Skill Development & Capacity Building initiatives. - Ensuring academic excellence by promoting teaching-learning practices, developing innovative student-centric pedagogies, and implementing them smoothly at the ground level in alignment with NEP2020 & NCF. - Aligning yourself with existing progressive pedagogical practices, technology & tools. - Establishing systems, processes, and policies while orienting the team for adherence to the same. - Demonstrating excellent interpersonal, IT & Communication Skills. - Encouraging independent and team research work. - Supporting the distributed leadership team as the second in command to the Vice Principal. - Contributing to ensuring the smooth conduct of exams, affiliation, and compliance requirements by the CBSE.
