WE HAVE AN URGENT OPENING FOR ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE- ENGINEER OR SECTION ENGG. FOR OUR ESTEEM CLIENT IN AUTO INDUSTRY (JAPANESE MNC) Dept- Electrical Maintenance Position Engg. And Section Engg, Qualification- Diploma/B.Tech/BE in Electrical Experience – for Engg. – Diploma – 6 to 9 yrs & B.Tech - 3 to 4 yrs. For Section Engg. – Diploma – 8 to 10 yrs & B.Tech - 6 to 8 Yrs. Job Responsibilities: To strive for improvement in equipment & system to avoid chances of breakdown. Knowledge of TPM, improvements/modification of circuits (Hard & Soft), Poka – yoke & Kaizen activity. Documentation as per IATF 16949, ISO14001:2015 ISO45001:2018 & ENMS ISO 50001 To reduce downtime of machines and ensure maximum availability of machines for production. WHY –WHY Analysis, Countermeasure of Breakdown & Preventive action. To improve MTTR & MTBF. To maintain electrical or electronics equipment. To handle shift independently. To work with a variety of technicians. To train team for relevant skills Knowledge of Maintenance, troubleshooting & programming of PLC (Mitsubishi, Siemens) & CNC (Fanuc & Siemens) Based machine. Knowledge of different types of Sensors, Encoder, VFD, PID, A/D & D/A converter, Temp. sensor, LVDT, Load cell, Transducer, Servo actuator, Servo motor. Knowledge of Fanuc and Siemens controllers. Knowledge of Operation, Maintenance & troubleshooting of CNC, VMC, Grinding, Hobbing & Heat treatment. Knowledge of hydraulic & pneumatic systems. Knowledge of Preventive maintenance, TBM & CBM. Basic Knowledge of VCB, ACB, LT Panel, DG & Compressor.
