Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a POS Service Manager located in Kochi. The POS Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and support of Point-of-Sale (POS) systems. The role includes managing service requests, coordinating with technical teams, ensuring timely resolution of issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The POS Service Manager will also be responsible for training and guiding end-users on the efficient use of the POS systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in POS system installation, maintenance, and support
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage service requests and coordinate with technical teams
• Customer service skills and experience in training users
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Kochi
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience in the retail or hospitality industry is a plus
