Job Description

As a Portfolio Sales Manager (Sustainability, Recycling & Energy Technologies) for Chemical & Energy at Rieckermann India, your role will involve managing the marketing and sales activities of Rieckermann's sustainable plastic recycling technologies, including plastic to oil pyrolysis, tire to product, sustainable plasticizer, or bio solvent production. You will need to have a thorough understanding of the Indian market for the chemical recycling industry within the plastic and tyre waste segments and be commercially astute. Your key duties will include: - Effectively presenting, promoting, and selling Sustainable & Energy Technologies to existing and prospective customers - Having a comprehensive understanding of market trends, opportunities, and regulations to assist in the development of business opportunities for Sustainable & Energy Technologies - Establishing good relationships with relevant partners To be successful in this role, you should meet the following job requirements: - Minimum 5 - 10 years of relevant work experience in sales, with a focus on process technology and projects in an international business environment - Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Process Engineering - Solid understanding and work exposure in the Chemical Recycling (for plastic and tyre waste) industry is preferred - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B sales environment - Ability to manage and close sales pipelines and deals, providing tailored solutions based on customer needs - Solution-oriented mindset with a passion for helping clients optimize their operations with advanced technology - Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Applications - Excellent written and verbal English skills - Readiness to travel frequently locally and internationally, preferably with a driver's license and own vehicle Please note that only candidates based in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, or Thane will be considered for this role.
