Portfolio Manager- PL

As a Portfolio Manager for Personal Loans, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end product lifecycle and programme execution. Your role will involve managing P&L, portfolio strategy, credit policies, and driving digital initiatives for sustainable business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Drive product roadmap including pricing, features, and eligibility - Own P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and margin management - Conduct portfolio reviews including disbursals, delinquency, and yield tracking - Lead process enhancements and digital transformation initiatives - Collaborate with Credit, Risk, Tech, Operations, Marketing, and Compliance teams Qualifications Required: - 7-12 years of experience in Retail Lending / Unsecured Loans / Personal Loans - Strong knowledge of P&L, credit policies, and analytics - Hands-on experience in product management and programme delivery (Agile preferred) - Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills In this role, you will need to have experience in personal loans and banking or NBFC.
