Ensure the production of accurate, precise reporting across the department, consistently meeting and exceeding established KPIs and client expectations. Manage and cultivate relationships with outside third-party firms for document retrieval, court runner services, and specialized research, ensuring efficient and effective support for investigations. Contribute to the development and refinement of departmental policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, including FCRA.
