Job Description

As a member of the gTech Ads Customer Support organization, you will have the opportunity to work in your preferred location among Wrocaw, Poland; Gurugram, Haryana, India; Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Your role will involve delivering exceptional customer experience to advertisers and sales teams, addressing sensitive and complex issues across various Google Ads products. Specifically, you will be part of the Titanium and Gold Large Customer Sales (LCS) Support Team, providing tailored solutions for critical sales teams and top advertisers to enhance troubleshooting results and overall experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Offer exceptional customer service and resolve issues with advertisers, sales teams, agencies, and partners. - Provide deep product expertise to solve technical challenges and drive product feature enhancements through partner feedback. - Analyze data to identify root causes of issues and develop action plans for operational improvements. - Collaborate with Sales, Go-To-Market (GTM), vendors, Scaled Delivery Management (SDM), and Engineering teams to develop improved tools and services based on customer needs. - Work towards continuously enhancing the customer journey and addressing customer pain points effectively. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - At least 5 years of experience in project/program management, consulting, or a client-facing role. - Proficiency in system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python, etc.). - Ideally possess an MBA or an advanced degree in Management, Business, or a related field. - 3 years of experience in managing projects, working with analytics or SQL, and 3 years in a client-facing role preferred. - Experience in operations management, such as process improvement, operational reviews, and optimizing workflows desirable. - Knowledge and background in policy customer support would be an advantage.
