Job Description

MSME Policy and Regulatory Expert

Location:

Key Responsibilities

Support the Directorate in implementation of various initiatives to propagate about government support mechanisms, including various policies, schemes & programmes and process to apply, thereby enhancing overall handholding & facilitation support to MSMEs in the state.
Support in creating awareness around mandatory regulatory compliances and procedures for MSMEs, e.g., Udyam, NOCs, etc.
Assist the Directorate in awareness & promotion of Samadhaan portal and redressal mechanism for delayed payment issues.
Assist the Directorate, including, the DMCs, RAMP SPIU and GIFT cell to plan and implement activities as envisaged under RAMP.

Preferred Skills & Experience

Minimum overall work experience of 2 years in legal or regulatory advisory/ compliances/ policy advocacy etc.
Experience in social sector development sector may also be considered.
Should have prior experience of working in any industry.
