Pole division

Premier Polmax, a leading manufacturer of Decorative Poles, Light Poles, Sports Masts, High mast Poles, Octagonal Poles, and Street Lighting Poles, is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical and commercial background, with 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share in decorative and street lighting poles.
• Identify and engage with architects, urban planners, government agencies, contractors, and infrastructure companies.
• Independently handle pricing, negotiations, and contract finalizations.
• Generate leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain financial discipline in transactions.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor pricing, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams for smooth order execution and deliveries.
• Meet monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining profitability.
• Provide technical consultation to clients and assist in product selection based on project needs.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans to the management.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) or an MBA in Sales & Marketing with technical knowledge.
• Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years in sales of lighting poles, high mast poles, or similar infrastructure products.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of lighting, urban infrastructure, and steel fabrication businesses.
• Skills:
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong technical knowledge of poles, lighting solutions, and industry standards.
• Ability to work independently and drive sales growth.
• Strong networking with government departments, municipal bodies, and private developers.
