About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Podcast Video Editor to join our creative team. The ideal

candidate will transform multi-camera podcast recordings into engaging, polished

content tailored for YouTube and social media. You’ll handle full post-production —

syncing audio and video, adding graphics, subtitles, and cutting highlights — ensuring

delivery within 42–72 hours.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a video editor (portfolio required, podcast editing a plus).
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut Pro.
• Knowledge of Adobe Audition for Clean Up
• Ability to handle multi-cam editing workflows.
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and timing.
• Basic motion graphics skills (After Effects preferred).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Import, organise, and manage multi-camera podcast footage.
• Sync audio (from mixers/recorders) with video feeds.
• Edit long-form podcast episodes for YouTube and streaming platforms.
• Create short-form highlights/reels for Instagram.
• Add intros, outros, motion graphics, overlays, and branding elements.
• Colour-correct and enhance video for a professional look.
• Mix and master audio for clarity, balance, and consistency.
• Ensure fast turnaround and maintain high creative quality.
• Stay updated with podcast/video content trends.

Preferred Skills

• Experience editing for YouTube + social media platforms.
• Understanding of podcast distribution platforms.
• Creative mindset with the ability to suggest improvements.
• Knowledge of color grading, LUTs, and audio plugins.
