As a skilled Podcast Video Editor at our company, you will be responsible for transforming multi-camera podcast recordings into engaging and polished content tailored for YouTube and social media platforms. Your role will involve full post-production tasks such as syncing audio and video, adding graphics, subtitles, cutting highlights, and ensuring timely delivery within required hours. Key Responsibilities: - Import, organize, and manage multi-camera podcast footage effectively. - Sync audio from mixers/recorders with video feeds accurately. - Edit long-form podcast episodes for YouTube and streaming platforms. - Create short-form highlights/reels for Instagram to attract more viewers. - Add intros, outros, motion graphics, overlays, and branding elements creatively. - Color-correct and enhance video to maintain a professional look. - Mix and master audio for clarity, balance, and consistency. - Ensure fast turnaround while maintaining high creative quality. - Stay updated with the latest podcast/video content trends to deliver relevant content. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a video editor with a portfolio showcasing your work, experience in podcast editing is a plus. - Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro. - Knowledge of Adobe Audition for audio clean-up and enhancement. - Ability to handle multi-cam editing workflows efficiently. - Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and timing to engage the audience effectively. - Basic motion graphics skills, with After Effects preferred. - Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under tight deadlines.
