About the Role

Podcast Marketer

Key Responsibilities

• Promote podcast episodes

  across social media, email newsletters, and digital platforms

• Develop and execute strategies

  to grow listener base and increase episode engagement
•  

  Create promotional assets

  (audiograms, video snippets, graphics, teaser trailers)

Collaborate with podcast guests

• Plan and promote live podcast events, webinars, AMAs

  , and community-building sessions

• Represent the podcast at industry events, meetups, and forums

• Build and manage online listener communities

  across platforms (Discord, WhatsApp, etc.)

• Lead podcast-related events and brand activations

  to drive visibility and engagement

• Track performance metrics

  and optimize marketing strategies accordingly



Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in

  podcast marketing, event management, or digital marketing

• Strong command over

  social media distribution strategies and listener funnel growth

• Hands-on experience with

  community management tools

  and analytics platforms
• Proficiency in

  basic audio/video editing tools

  (e.g., Canva, Headliner, Descript, etc.)
• Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills

• Willingness to work in-office from our Delhi location
