Job Title: Podcast Host / Anchor – Guide My Career Talks (Pooja Education) Location: Patna, Bihar Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (In-Studio Role) Experience Required: 1–5 years (Freshers with excellent communication may apply) Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Negotiable for exceptional talent) 🎯 About the Role Pooja Education is launching “Guide My Career Talks”, a high-impact education and career podcast featuring top influencers, psychologists, and university experts. We are looking for a confident, energetic, and well-spoken Host/Anchor who can represent our brand’s voice and conduct engaging conversations with guests from the education industry. You will be the face and voice of our podcast, helping millions of students and parents discover the right career direction through powerful, insightful storytelling. 🧩 Key Responsibilities 🎙️ Host weekly podcast episodes featuring education influencers, counsellors, and teachers. 🗓️ Plan and coordinate podcast sessions with the creative & guest relations team. 🧠 Research trending topics in education, career guidance, and online learning. 🗣️ Write and deliver clear, natural introductions, transitions, and closings for each episode. 🎥 Perform confidently on-camera for both YouTube visual podcasts and audio streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.). 🧭 Collaborate with scriptwriters and video editors to ensure engaging episode flow. 📢 Promote episodes through short clips, reels, and social media interactions. 💬 Engage with audience feedback and contribute to creative ideas for future episodes. 🧠 Skills & Qualifications Excellent verbal communication in Hindi & English (Hinglish blend preferred). Strong presentation, voice modulation, and interviewing skills. Comfortable being on camera and interacting with high-profile guests. Basic understanding of career counselling, education trends, or youth communication. Prior experience in anchoring, RJ, YouTube hosting, or television/media preferred.
