We're Founder Thesis - India's go-to podcast for startup nerds. We sit down with founders who've actually built things (not just talked about it) and get them to spill the real tea on what it takes to build from 0 to 1.

You're the person who listens to a 90-minute conversation with a unicorn founder and thinks: "okay, here are 15 pieces of content that people actually need to see."

Your day-to-day:

• Listen to 2-3 episodes per week (yes, this counts as work)
• Turn those convos into content that stops the scroll:
• LinkedIn posts that get startup Twitter jealous
• Carousels that actually teach something
• Tweet threads people bookmark
• Blog deep-dives for the nerds who want ALL the context
• Newsletters that don't feel like homework
• Hunt for those "wait, WHAT?" moments that deserve their own spotlight
• SEO stuff (but make it actually useful, not keyword-stuffed garbage)

The non-negotiables:

• You can write. Like, really write. Different tones, different platforms, always engaging
• You actually care about startups - you read funding announcements for fun, you have opinions on business models
• You've created content that people shared, saved, or commented on (show us!)
• You know the difference between content that performs and content that matters (ideally both)
• You can work without someone watching over your shoulder
• You look at data and actually adjust what you're doing

Bonus points:

• You've worked with podcast content before
• You understand startup jargon (PMF, CAC, LTV, etc.) without Googling
• You have thoughts on why some LinkedIn posts go viral and others flop
• You're the friend people ask to edit their posts before they hit publish
• You've grown something from scratch (a side project, a meme page, anything)

What we DON'T care about:

• Where you went to college (or if you went at all)
• Your previous job titles
• How many years you've been "in the industry"
• Whether you can write in corporate-speak

• Fully remote - work from your bedroom, a cafe, the mountains, wherever
• Flexible hours (as long as content ships on time, we're good)
• Direct access to conversations with India's best founders (this is your MBA)
• Freedom to experiment - if you think carousel posts are dead and have a better idea, let's try it
• First-hand education on how actual businesses work (not theory, real playbooks)
• You're literally shaping how the next generation thinks about building companies

❌ What you're NOT getting:

• Micromanagement or daily status meetings
• A corporate environment with "synergy" talks
• Content that nobody reads
• Boring work - every episode is different

Right now it's small and mighty - you'll work directly with Akshay (the host, also a founder who's been in the trenches). No middle management, no bureaucracy, just people who care about making great content.
