Mandatory Requirements

• Active PMP® certification in good standing.
• Minimum 8-10 years of full-time experience delivering PMP training, including experience training diverse and cross-functional cohorts.
• Demonstrated track record of high participant success rates (e.g., 90%+ PMP exam pass rate or similar).
• Experience training employees within GCCs, IT/ITES organizations, or multinational enterprise environments (preferred).
• Strong facilitation skills with ability to adapt delivery to varied learning styles and experience levels.
  

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or other modern project delivery frameworks.
• Experience customizing training content for India-based delivery centers.
• Prior experience delivering both virtual and classroom-based instructor-led sessions.
