As an experienced PMO professional with a background in the Telecom sector, your role will involve ensuring governance, reporting, and delivery support across multiple projects and programmes to drive consistency, efficiency, and alignment with business strategy. **Key Responsibilities:** - Establish and manage project governance frameworks for telecom programmes and initiatives. - Support project managers in planning, execution, and tracking of projects to ensure timely delivery. - Develop and maintain programme dashboards, reports, and KPIs for senior leadership. - Ensure alignment with organisational standards, processes, and compliance requirements. - Monitor budgets, resource utilisation, and financial tracking across telecom projects. - Identify risks and dependencies and support mitigation planning. - Drive continuous improvement within the PMO function, enhancing delivery methodologies. **Required Skills & Experience:** - Proven experience in a PMO role, ideally within Telecom/Telecommunication projects. - Strong understanding of telecom operations, networks, or digital transformation initiatives. - Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). - Expertise in using PMO tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Clarity, Power BI, or similar). - Strong analytical, organisational, and reporting skills. - Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
