PMO Team Member-Digital

Role Overview: You will work with various vendor project teams and stakeholders to monitor project progress across the scope of vendor R&D activities and provide oversight to ensure projects are completed promptly and within budget. Your support to the PMO & VMO lead will be crucial to ensure high-quality results and minimal turnaround times. Your role will be relied upon for establishing and maintaining effective business partnerships and delivering vendor projects efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a central point of contact for all DU project management activities, bridging the gap between the ODC and global teams - Drive, manage, and monitor project progress across the scope of vendor R&D activities - Implement best practices in program management, including Agile methodologies, to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in delivering high-quality products on time and within budget - Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and provide regular status updates and performance reports to stakeholders Qualification Required: - Bachelors/masters degree in science/business administration - 10+ years of experience in project management - 3+ years of experience in managing large global programs and managing vendor partners (medical devices preferred) - Strong technical background in R&D engineering disciplines in digital projects in medical devices, product development - Understanding of IT development lifecycles and methodologies - Agile and Scrum certifications are a plus - Experience with project management software - Strong written and oral communication skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Data-based decision-making approach - Able to own and lead workstreams with minimal oversight - Independent and detail-oriented Note: The additional details of the company provided in the job description have been omitted as they were not directly related to the job role and responsibilities.
