As a PMO (Project Management Officer) at our company, your role involves collaborating with department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects. Your key responsibilities include: - Planning project management by setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to deliverables. - Analyzing financial data such as project budgets, risks, and resource allocation. - Providing financial reports and budget outlines to Executives. - Overseeing project development to ensure team efficiency and adherence to company standards. - Drafting and improving project management office policies and processes. - Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they meet company standards, budget, and deadlines. - Accurately documenting project creation, development, and execution, including scope, budget, and justification. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field. - Minimum of three years" industry experience. - Minimum of one year's experience in a supervisory position (advantageous). - Strong leadership, communication, attention to detail, technical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
