Role Overview: As a Program Management Office Associate at HSBC, you play a crucial role in supporting the Program Management Office by carrying out project monitoring, governance, and reporting activities. Your responsibility includes creating and implementing frameworks and methodologies to ensure comprehensive and consistent management of projects/programs across various initiatives. You will drive compliance adherence to the governance framework, project standards, and processes. Additionally, you will explore and implement improvement opportunities to enhance governance processes leveraging tools such as Jira and Confluence. Key Responsibilities: - Support the Program Management Office in project monitoring, governance, and reporting activities. - Create and implement frameworks and methodologies for comprehensive project/program management. - Ensure compliance adherence to governance framework, project standards, and processes. - Explore and implement improvement opportunities using tools like Jira and Confluence. - Manage and update project documentation, process documents, and information sources. - Monitor and report on budgets and expenditure. - Facilitate risk management and project review actions using Jira & Confluence. - Review and take proactive initiatives to support project teams in adhering to governance processes. - Coordinate regular project and program level reporting. - Track statuses of project deliverables and milestones.
