Industry Experience:

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the

  planning, execution, and supervision

  of Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and HVAC systems across the project.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of all plumbing and fire fighting systems, including pumps, piping, sprinklers, hydrants, and associated controls.
• Supervise HVAC system installation, including ducting, insulation, chillers, ventilation fans, and air handling units.
• Review and validate designs, drawings, and schemes from consultants, providing inputs on best practices and value engineering to optimize cost and performance.
• Coordinate and liaise effectively with architects, consultants, PMC, contractors, and engineers to ensure timely and quality delivery of services.
• Prepare, review, and check Design Basis Reports (DBR), BOQs, cost estimates, and contractor bills related to plumbing, fire fighting, and HVAC works.
• Conduct regular site inspections, quality control checks, and safety audits to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Lead value engineering efforts to bring down project costs and timelines without compromising safety or quality.
• Participate in site coordination meetings and resolve technical issues related to MEP services.
• Monitor project cash flows, budget tracking, and cost estimates related to plumbing, fire fighting, and HVAC scopes.
• Conduct energy audits focusing on HVAC and plumbing equipment and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure all systems comply with applicable laws, building codes, and safety regulations.

Key Skills & Expertise

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and HVAC systems installation and maintenance.
• Familiarity with fire safety standards and equipment such as sprinklers, hydrants, fire pumps, and alarms.
• Proficient in interpreting and reviewing MEP drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Experience in value engineering, cost control, and project management for MEP services.
• Proficient in MS Office and project management tools; knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to enforce strict quality control and safety standards on site.
