Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and update 3D BIM models for plumbing and fire-fighting systems using Revit.
  • Prepare layouts, shop drawings, and quantity take-offs.
  • Coordinate with other MEP and architectural disciplines.
  • Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts.
  • Ensure models comply with BIM standards and project requirements.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 2–5 years’ experience in plumbing and fire-fighting BIM modeling.
  • Proficiency in Revit MEP and Navisworks.
  • Strong understanding of piping, drainage, and fire protection systems.
  • Good coordination and communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience in large commercial or infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD MEP or Dynamo is a plus.
