Job Description

We are the ideal partner for stakeholders who want to use Building Information Modeling (BIM) in their construction projects and maintenance of buildings. We manage virtual models for architecture and engineering (MEP and Structure) This consists largely on the manipulation of information (parameters and databases) that are embedded in the respective models and objects.

Skills

Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Bluebeam.

Capable of doing the piping layouts for Cold water, Hot water, Hot water return, waste, vent, fuel gas and fire protection systems and provide a detailed technical drawing of it along with all necessary detail and specifications with confirms to the local codes, standards and client requirements.

Preparation of Plumbing equipment Room Layout with necessary clearance requirements.

Having working knowledge of local and international plumbing code requirements (ASPE, CPC, UPC, IBC, NFPA etc.)

Having experience interfacing with various consultants for design coordination.

To prepare checklist/action plan to reduce the design, drafting or modelling errors in drawing.

Experience in doing all kind of plumbing design calculations, Fixture and equipment selections will be added advantage.

Excellent problem-solving skills;

Strong personal ambition and work ethic

Worked with the US Client is a plus point.

Ensuring a safe, positive work environment.

Good communication, inter-personal with ability to lead a team, and interact with clients

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point)

Backing the creation of a work environment that fosters openness, trust, communication, teamwork.

Minimum Requirements

Possess a Bachelor s degree in Mechanical engineering from a university accredited by relevant authorities.

Demonstrate a minimum of 2 to 6 years of professional experience, specifically in projects within the United States.

Display proficiency in the use of Revit and AutoCAD software applications.

Possess comprehensive knowledge of plumbing design codes and standards applicable in the United States.
