As a Mall Electrician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the mall by installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures. Your dedication to safety standards and efficient troubleshooting will be essential in minimizing downtime and ensuring tenant and customer satisfaction. - Install and maintain electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and HVAC connections. - Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on all electrical systems. - Diagnose electrical issues and carry out repairs promptly to minimize disruption. - Respond promptly to maintenance requests from mall management or tenants. - Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations. - Assist in upgrading outdated systems and making necessary modifications to electrical layouts for new tenant spaces. - Be on-call for emergency electrical repairs during mall hours, weekends, or holidays as required. - Maintain detailed records of electrical maintenance and repair activities. - Report recurring issues or needed system upgrades to the Facilities Manager. Qualifications: - Education: Diploma/Certificate in Electrical Engineering or relevant technical field. - Experience: 3+ years as an electrician, preferably in a commercial or retail environment. In this role, you should be prepared to work at heights or in confined spaces when necessary. You will also need the physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and work in varied environments. Additionally, you should be comfortable working on a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays. The job type for this position is full-time, and the working language preferred is Telugu, English, and Hindi. The work location is in person. Benefits include health insurance, life insurance, and Provident Fund. The schedule may involve day shifts and rotational shifts. The ideal candidate should have a total work experience of 3 years.
