Key Responsibilities of the Plumber:

• Supports the smooth running of the property maintenance department, ensuring all plumbing systems are maintained to the highest standards

• Works as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries

• Takes responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned, ensuring all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner

• Performs routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on plumbing fixtures, pipelines, water supply, and drainage systems

• Collaborates with supervisors to control costs and inventory while maintaining productivity and performance levels

• Builds and maintains effective working relationships whilst promoting the company culture and values

• Ensures adherence and compliance to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, following due diligence requirements and best practices

Requirements of the Plumber:

• Previous experience in plumbing or property maintenance is beneficial

• Hands-on approach with a positive, can-do work style

• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for hospitality

• Ability to troubleshoot, find creative solutions, and take ownership of tasks

• Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence

• Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
