Job Description

Job Summary:
The Plumber is responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems to ensure proper water supply, drainage, and sanitation within the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, inspect, maintain, and repair water supply and drainage systems.
Attend plumbing complaints such as leakages, blockages, and pipe bursts.
Maintain sanitary fittings including taps, valves, flush tanks, basins, and toilets.
Operate and maintain pumps, overhead/underground tanks, and pipelines.
Carry out preventive maintenance as per schedule and maintain records.
Ensure proper functioning of sewage, drainage, and rainwater systems.
Follow safety procedures and site SOPs during plumbing works.
Coordinate with supervisors and vendors for major repair works.
Report daily work status and issues to the supervisor/facility manager.

Eligibility & Skills:

ITI / Trade Certificate in Plumbing preferred.
Minimum 1 years of experience in plumbing maintenance (facility management preferred).
Knowledge of plumbing tools, fittings, and safety practices.
Ability to work in shifts and attend emergency calls.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
