Role & responsibilities MIS Support Providing data/MIS/extracts to various units which includes Operations, finance, Regulatory functions General SQL queires/output from different system Databases like Flexcube, Lasersoft, FinOne, Debos. To implement better controls and ensuring Database access is provided on need basis To ensure proper change management in the MIS applications, utilities and tools being used by team Interface with user/business groups such as Operations, Product, Branch Banking, Audit for MIS requirements. Understanding the diverse source systems that HDFC Bank has across its Asset, Liability and Card business. Doing Change Management, Release Management, Error tracking, Bugs fixes in the applications developed by the team member Technical knowledge: Knowledge ofOracle PLSQL ,Unixand good banking domain knowledge Technical knowledge of Flexcube, FinOne, LaserSoft Database architecture especially related to CASA, TD products, will be added advantage Programming skills and best Software Development practices.
