You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in providing L1 support for Oracle Cloud PLM-Product Development (PD) / Product Data Hub (PDH). Your responsibilities will include hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion product life cycle configurations, customization management, and support. You will be expected to perform API integration testing and configure Oracle PDH application components. Additionally, you will deliver post-production support/hypercare service, create custom reports using Oracle tools, and conduct root cause analysis on recurring issues. Your role will also involve managing incident tickets for Agile data migration challenges and tracking and prioritizing quarterly configuration and patch validations/testing requests.
