PLC Programmer (Male)

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and troubleshoot PLC programs using Delta, Mitsubishi, and Siemens platforms.
• Develop and configure HMI screens and interfaces for various industrial applications.
• Create and maintain SCADA systems for real-time monitoring, control, and data logging.
• Implement communication protocols including

  RS232

  ,

  Modbus (RTU/TCP)

  ,

  Ethernet/IP

  , and others.
• Program and integrate servo drives and motors for motion control applications.
• Interface and communicate with external devices such as:
• QR code generation printers
• Industrial scanners
• Hipot testers
• Leak testers
• Develop both

  automatic

  and

  manual

  machine operation sequences for new

  Special Purpose Machines (SPMs)

  .
• Perform system integration and testing of complete automation solutions.
• Document all programs, configurations, and processes clearly for future maintenance.
• Collaborate with mechanical and electrical design teams for complete system development.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3 to 4 years

  of hands-on experience in PLC programming and industrial automation.
• Strong expertise in:

• PLC platforms

  : Delta, Mitsubishi, Siemens

• HMI software

  : Delta DOPSoft, Mitsubishi GT Designer, Siemens WinCC

• SCADA development

• Servo drive & motor programming

• Proficient in industrial communication protocols: RS232, Modbus RTU/TCP, Ethernet/IP.
• Experience in integrating and communicating with third-party industrial devices.
• Sound understanding of industrial sensors, actuators, safety systems, and panel wiring.
• Knowledge of

  data logging

  alarm management

  in HMI/SCADA.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
