Job Description

Program a variety of PLCs using Ladder Logic, Function block or Statement List methods.
Programming and configuring SCADA software packages
IP network design and configuration.
To develop software, test control systems and work on various projects.
Responsible for programming assembly lines, robotic devises using range of PLCs.
Perform In-House test and site commissioning under formal client witnessed conditions.

To be successful, were looking for:

Strong PLC / controls background ideally working the full lifecycle of a project from conceptual design all the way through to commissioning on site.
Experienced working with Siemens PLCs , S7 1200, 1500, TIA Portal, WinCC and nice to have Beckhoff PLC programming experience.
Use of CAD (e.g. E-Plan) and experience producing documents above.
The ability to fault find and modify code.
A Time served apprenticeship or relevant engineering qualification.
Previous experience working as part of a team to design, implement and test control/integrated systems..
