Job Description

Job Title:

Work Experience: Minimum of 2 to 4 years in

Create and Develop

PLC, HMI, and SCADA programming and integration
Should hands on work in Omron, Siemens, Mitsubishi

PLC

and HMI
Should work on Industrial Protocols: Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Remote I/O, Serial, Modbus TCP, CC-Link, Ethercat, Device Net, TCP Socket Communication
Should handle Instrumentation & Control of Sensors, VFDs, Temperature Controllers, Servo Systems, Vision Systems
Focus on Automation Processes: Project planning, troubleshooting, commissioning, and integration
Troubleshooting and optimization of industrial control systems
Work on process control, including the Traceability application for real-time tracking, Data Logging
Development and implementation of SCADA systems for real-time monitoring, data acquisition, process control, and industrial automation
Programming support for IoT and Industry 4.0 solutions for real-time monitoring, predictive maintenance, cloud connectivity, and remote diagnostics
Optimizing automation processes to reduce energy consumption and improve sustainability, including VFD applications for motor speed control and energy savings.
Implementation of poka yoke in current process to avoid manual errors
Continual improvement on Current assembly and Testing process
Should handle and coordinate with a team size to support manufacturing process
Initiate cost saving projects to reduce the Manufacturing cost
Documentation for IATF,QS
