PLC Developer

As a PLC Software Developer with 4-6 years of experience, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining PLC software using Siemens and/or ABB PLCs. Your role will involve designing and implementing ladder logic programs for automation systems, handling serial, Ethernet, and CAN communication protocols, and managing I/O systems to ensure accurate data acquisition and control. You will also be integrating and managing various sensors such as pressure sensors, flow sensors, etc., and working with I to V and V to I modules for signal conversion and integration. In this position, you will develop and implement functional blocks for efficient process control, manage and configure alarm systems to ensure prompt fault detection and resolution, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement automation solutions. Documenting software and hardware configurations, modifications, and troubleshooting steps will also be part of your responsibilities. Your strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC will be essential to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Additionally, you will provide technical support and training to end-users and maintenance personnel. The job type is full-time and permanent, and the work location is in person.
