Job Description Urgent required a female teacher for play Group Experience:-1-2years salary:- 12-18K/month Qualification:- Any Graduate with NTT or Montessori Language :- fluency in English Language Location:- Bicholi Mardana Bypass Indore Job Role:- Curriculum Planning and Implementation: Designing and delivering age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. Classroom Management: Creating a positive, engaging, and safe learning environment for young children. Child Development: Observing, assessing, and documenting children's progress, and providing individualized support to meet their needs. Social-Emotional Development: Guiding children in developing social skills, building confidence, and managing emotions. Communication and Collaboration: Maintaining open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and needs, and collaborating with colleagues and school staff. Safety and Wellbeing: Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in the classroom, including implementing health and safety protocols. Creative and Engaging Activities: Developing and implementing creative and engaging learning experiences using various teaching methods, including storytelling, music, art, and outdoor play. Parent Engagement: Building positive relationships with parents and guardians, communicating regularly about their child's progress, and involving them in the learning process. Administrative Tasks: Preparing materials, maintaining records, and completing other administrative tasks as required.
