Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and support microservices to ensure high availability and reliability.
Develop, maintain, and monitor dashboards for system performance insights.
Utilize Dynatrace for application performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
Implement and manage RestAPIs for seamless integration and communication between services.
Write and maintain scripts using PowerShell, YAML, or Shell Scripting to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to enhance system reliability and performance.
Participate in on-call rotations for 24/7 support for critical systems.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or similar role.
Strong knowledge of RestAPIs and their implementation.
Expertise in using Dynatrace for performance monitoring.
Proficiency in managing and creating dashboards for system monitoring.
Excellent scripting skills in PowerShell, YAML, or Shell Scripting.
Experience supporting and managing microservices.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps practices is a plus.
Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is beneficial.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools is advantageous.
