Platform Support Engineer

As a Platform Support Engineer in the Life Sciences domain, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of Informatica MDM and Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) within the enterprise systems. Your responsibilities will include: - Serving as the primary point of contact for platform support related to Informatica MDM - Monitoring and maintaining MDM platform performance and availability - Troubleshooting data ingestion, processing, and synchronization issues - Collaborating with development teams on enhancements and upgrades - Creating and maintaining design documents, STTMs, technical guides, and knowledge bases - Supporting the deployment of data models and workflows - Conducting MDM data audits to ensure data accuracy - Performing root cause analysis and implementing preventative solutions - Participating in on-call rotation as necessary Your must-have skills for this role include proficiency in Informatica MDM and Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), a strong background in Application Support, and ideally, experience in the Life Sciences industry.
