Platform Support Engineer

As a Platform Support Engineer specializing in Informatica MDM and Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) within the Life Sciences domain, your role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and robust operations of MDM across enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for platform support related to Informatica MDM. - Monitor and uphold MDM platform performance and availability. - Troubleshoot issues related to data ingestion, processing, and synchronization. - Work closely with development teams to collaborate on enhancements and upgrades. - Develop and maintain design documents, STTMs, technical guides, and knowledge bases. - Assist in the deployment of data models and workflows. - Perform MDM data audits to guarantee data accuracy. - Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventative solutions. - Be willing to participate in on-call rotation as required. Must-Have Skills: - Proficiency in Informatica MDM. - Expertise in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS). - Strong background in Application Support. - Prior experience in the Life Sciences industry would be advantageous.
