As a Global Contact Centre Technology Platform Owner, you will play a crucial role in leading the development and optimization of our market-leading international higher education research and search platforms. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing the global platform strategy, defining the product roadmap, prioritizing features, and envisioning long-term goals. - Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into platform enhancements. - Leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality platform solutions on time and within budget. - Defining and tracking key performance indicators to measure platform effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. - Staying updated on industry trends and technologies to identify opportunities for innovation. - Acting as the primary point of contact for platform-related inquiries and decision-making. You will also be responsible for: - Defining a technical vision that aligns with commercial goals across global markets. - Managing relationships with stakeholders and communicating technical strategies effectively. - Leading the design and evolution of the platform's architecture for scalability. - Overseeing software development lifecycle and promoting collaboration within global engineering teams. - Developing a technology roadmap based on regional requirements and market nuances. - Implementing strategies for software performance optimization and quality assurance. - Ensuring security measures and compliance with regional and global regulations. Additionally, you should possess: - An advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; Masters degree preferred. - 5+ years of experience in platform ownership role, specifically on Genesys Contact Centre Platform. - Strong knowledge of software development methodologies like Agile, Scrum, and Kanban. - Excellent leadership and communication skills. - Experience working with distributed teams and managing complex projects. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive results amidst ambiguity.
