N53 Techworks (formerly ByteWise Techlabs) is hiring on behalf of a leading Indian enterprise for a Platform Manager to lead integration projects between our wealth platform and external systems. The role involves managing middleware-based integrations (APIs, queues, file transfers), coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring secure, timely, and stable delivery. Experience: 8–10 years Education: B.E./B.Tech + MBA from a reputed institute Grade: Manager Location & Work Type: Mumbai, Maharashtra (On-site) Key Responsibilities Lead integration projects using middleware tools Coordinate with engineering, product, and external vendors Ensure secure and compliant data flows (APIs, Kafka, SFTP, etc.) Track delivery, manage risks, and report status to stakeholders Maintain documentation and support testing efforts Requirements 5+ years in project management, ideally in fintech or SaaS Strong knowledge of APIs, middleware, and integration patterns Familiar with tools like Kong, Node.js, Kafka, RabbitMQ Good understanding of financial data formats (FIX, JSON, XML) Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Thank You!
