Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and support AWS infrastructure, ensuring security and operational efficiency across DEV/TEST/QA environments.
2. Troubleshoot and maintain middleware components such as Oracle WebLogic and Apache Tomcat.
3. Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills in Unix systems and networking, with a focus on end-to-end flow analysis.
4. Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure continuous security observability.
5. Proactively identify and address security vulnerabilities, threats, and perform timely patching.
6. Adhere to AWS best practices and automation standards, monitor technical operations, and provide on-call IT support.
8. Experience in L2 level support in non-prod and prod environment.
Good to Have:
Experience working on cloud migration projects.
Hands-on experience with SQL (DDL, DML).
Familiarity with automation using CI/CD tools such as Terraform, EKS, Helm, Jenkins, Ansible, Maven, GitLab, and shell scripting.
Experience with Amdocs products is an added advantage.
