Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Plastic Mold Designer to join a leading medical equipment manufacturing company. The candidate should have strong expertise in plastic injection mold design with a focus on precision, quality, and manufacturability suitable for medical-grade products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design plastic injection molds for medical equipment components
• Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D models for mold manufacturing
• Work closely with product design, tooling, and production teams
• Ensure mold designs meet medical industry quality and safety standards
• Analyze mold flow, cooling systems, and part feasibility
• Troubleshoot mold design issues and suggest improvements
• Support mold trials, modifications, and production ramp-up

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in plastic mold design
• Strong knowledge of injection molding processes
• Experience in medical equipment or precision manufacturing preferred
• Proficiency in mold design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, NX, or similar)
• Understanding of GD&T, materials, and mold standards
• Good problem-solving and communication skills

Salary

• ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
