Plants Project Manager - HVDC

**Job Description:** As a Plants Project Manager HVDC, you will be leading the Plants & Civil design team with a focus on Electromechanical, Electrical, and Civil Design for HVDC projects. Your role will involve supporting the project team in executing project processes with the Plants team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Cultivate camaraderie and promote transparency within your Plants and Civil design team - Evaluate, select, and apply standard techniques and procedures for conventional projects - Ensure project timelines are met with high quality and compliance with safety regulations - Evaluate risks and opportunities, strategize mitigation, and identify new business opportunities - Interact with stakeholders, attend project meetings, and present project management aspects - Monitor and report progress of project deliverables, follow up on scope, time, budget, and quality - Collaborate on project installation, commissioning, and site activities - Interface coordination with platform builders or civil design team towards civil partners - Collaborate and network with project management & engineering colleagues within Hitachi Energy **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Equivalent - Minimum 10 to 15 years of work experience in Substation project lead or project management - Understanding of Primary / Auxiliary power design of AC Substations or HVDC Stations - Experience in handling tender support or bidding - Knowledge and Skills of HVDC & Offshore Projects preferred - Excellent Leadership, Analytical, Communication & Collaboration skills - PMP certification would be an added value - Self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills Please note: This job opportunity also emphasizes Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, requiring you to take responsibility for your actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.,
