Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Supervisor Cum Quality Engineer located in Faridabad. The role involves overseeing plant operations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and managing maintenance schedules. Responsibilities include supervising daily manufacturing processes, conducting quality checks, managing plant maintenance procedures, The selected candidate will also ensure that all projects are executed efficiently and within the allocated timeline.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills to manage teams and oversee plant operations effectively
• Proficiency in managing Plant Operations and ensuring efficient workflows
• Experience in Plant Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance to minimize downtime and improve productivity
• Ability to lead Training programs to upskill team members and maintain compliance with safety and operational standards
• Knowledge of quality control processes and attention to detail in ensuring product standards
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering or a related field is preferred
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing settings is advantageous
