Key Responsibilities
✅ Operate and monitor Putzmeister RMC batching plant as per production schedule
✅ Ensure concrete is batched as per mix design
✅ Monitor moisture content and adjust water–cement ratio accordingly✅ Maintain continuous coordination with Transit Mixer drivers & pump operators
✅ Record daily plant production, material consumption & stocks✅ Perform routine checks of plant machinery (hopper, conveyor, load cells, mixer)✅ Ensure accuracy in weighing of aggregates, cement, water, admixture
✅ Timely reporting of any plant breakdown, malfunction or calibration errors✅ Maintain house-keeping and safety compliance inside plant area✅ Assist Lab team for cube sampling, slump testing & quality checks✅ Follow company SOPs for batching, loading & dispatch
